5 gallons of cider from a local orchard.  UV pasteurized and preservative free.  Pour it into a sanitized carboy along with a crushed campden tablets.  Waited about 5 days and it actually started fermenting even with an air lock on the carboy.  Decided what the heck, pump it with oxygen for 1 minute, adding the brown sugar, pitched the yeast, and added nutrient.  Rack to secondary after two weeks and let it sit until clear.

Since this is a what the heck experiment I threw in an old WY 3724 Belgian Saison smack pack that still smelled pretty good in there as well.
